Store Mod Updated

    The store mod has been updated.

    I added:
    - Custom Chat Tags (You can now create your own chat tag)
    - Removed trail materials, they are now only colors (No download at all for the store mod now)
    - Fixed tornado's, trails, and hats

    Everything should be working 100% now, let me know if you see any errors
