So I've spent the last 4 weeks building up my credits. I just hit 3000 and was so excited I accidentally bought the wrong hat. Is there any way I could return it for the one I want (deer hat)?
I currently don't have a system in place to remove players purchased items or swap items. In the future I do plan to add some sort of implementation, but as I right now you are stuck with the hat you purchased.
Ok that sounds good. I plan on donating to get the vip model in the next few days. How does it work like after I donate how do you know who I am in the server? I'm Texas Hill Country by the way
Once you donate for VIP we are able to find you through IP if needed. We then assign your steamid the appropriate VIP and credits.
