added vip skin.

    I know it would be hard work but i really think we should have a third vip skin. 2 can sometimes get kind of boring. I think it would be fun and would encourage other people to buy vip.  :D

    I could add another VIP skin.  I like to swap one out though usually.  This keeps the download less for newer players joining.
