after doing research on Star with is ID seems like he is well known for his insults and trolling. http://v4servers.com/showthread.php?6854-quot-sheenis-quot-STEAM_0-0-26047213 this link and many like it proves he never should be allowed back to VG pub servers.
I see charlie boy joined in the end and seems to have handled the issue. I would advise next time not provoking him by responding on the mic. You have to be the more mature person and just let it go. If he continues to attack you and others on the servers when no one is provoking him then that is a different issue. You have to remember that you are just a member and cannot enforce the rules, so I would advise not trying to do so, but instead calling in an admin to handle it.
