The following player was using a SCAR (Counter-Terrorist Auto Sniper) no-scope headshotting everyone. I don't have the means or know-how to capture them in the act. I just jumped in there and didn't see him. Next time if you can grab a demo (if your not sure how, youtube has many tutorials). I did a quick search on his steamid it didn't yield any results though.
