Ower Mic Spamming

    A player with the name Ower or something was mic spamming annoying sound into the mic even after the admins told him not to.
    He has been coming online once in a while and spamming music and other sound effects.

    He has already been dealt with. One of the admins had muted him.

    If he continues to be a problem.  One of the admins please just perm mute him.  Don't ban him.
