Re: New Sig Picture! I would re size it to a reasonable size. I don't see any point to have kept it that big. A lot of people tend to have PS just to mess around with it and sometimes they aren't as serious with their work or what they make as others. But yea if he wants to improve, then best thing to do is check out tutorials like on deviantart.
