"InterNAP has notified us that they will be performing important maintenance on the router serving your service in Dallas between approximately 1:30am and 4am CDT on 7/20. As part of this maintenance, they will need to reload their router, which will result in a downtime of approximately 10-20 minutes. During that time, your service in Dallas will be offline and your control panel will not be able to reach it (resulting in timeouts)."
