Is this considered a crouch spot or blocking a crouch spot?

    I just wanted to know if this was considered blocking a crouch spot because this is my first time seeing this and im not sure if its a crouch spot or not. I would like to know someones word on this.

    No that would be a ladder area and not a crouch area..  Also there are (2) other ways into that room.
