How to Make My Spray HD?

    I created a spray in Photoshop, i put the size to 250x250 pixels, and made the background transparent. Everything was okay but i cant get it to be HD? Oh i also saved it as a .tga file. Ive tried many things, but the quality sucks on it :( i mean its not too bad, but i want it the best looking..

    Not sure how high of quality you can get for a CSS spray.  They only allow so many megapixels

    Well i did add textures and certain things in my text, so that's probably why it looks shitty because its not just a plain text.. Well ill just keep it the way it is, Thanks guys.
