   I've added a new plugin to the Dust2/Office.
   
   It allows players to toggle between team-only and public voice chat (with players who have also enabled public voice chat) with the !voice command. However, this command cannot be used if the player is dead.

   hey Woody Admins can not hear with this mod on . We need to be able to hear in they are cheating or ghosting

   True enough.  I'll see if I can add something in so that it will allow admins to hear all.
