That is going to be hard. Especially since your power supply in your pre-built system will not be able to handle most of newer and faster video cards.
Best advice is stop trying to upgrade a pre built name brand PC. Save your money up and just build your own, or buy a custom built one from a company.
i'd say buy a power supply, and a video card. You can get a good power supply for a 100, and then you still got 200 for a mid range video card. And then you can use those parts for a future build.
Those fire pro video cards are not the best for gaming anyways. You could buy a much cheaper card the would perform the same if your just using it for gaming.
Try getting a simple job like even just helping someone do something. Then with that money it will go towards building a new computer.
